As part of our COVID response, all guests will have to strictly adhere to the following government guidelines, which will be strictly enforced on the day of the event.
We have initiated a new cleaning policy which involves frequently cleaning of all surfaces, hand rails, bathrooms and frequent hand sanitising by all staff.
All guests will be requested to use hand sanitiser as they enter and leave the premises on each occasion.
All guests will be requested to use hand sanitiser every time they leave the toilets.
All guests will be requested to wear face coverings on entrance and whilst moving in the venue. We implement a strict policy of “NO MASK NO ENTRY”
All guests will be required to follow social distancing as per government guidelines at all times.
No dancing will be allowed.
Our ventilation systems will be on throughout the function.
We will require a complete list of all your guests along with contact details which we will keep on file for 21 days to comply with NHS test and trace requirements.
We will announce the details of the NHS COVID app to all guests and encourage them to download the app to help tackle the spread of the virus.
We will insist that you inform all your guests that they should not arrive at the premises if they have any COVID symptoms including:
a persistent cough, a high temperature or loss of their sense of taste or smell.
We will not allow admittance to any guests that display any of these symptoms and will check all guests temperature prior to allowing entry to the building.
We will only allow entry and exit to groups of 6 people or less unless they can prove they are from the same household.
There must be no interaction or dancing between guests and all guests must remain seated in their designated seats unless visiting the lavatories.
Tables will be set out so as to allow complete social distancing and you will be allocated a table number as per information provided prior to your function.
